1. Refund Eligibility
   • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than 20% of the course has been accessed.
2. Non-Refundable
   • Once course material is accessed beyond the above limit, no refunds will be issued.
3. Processing Time
   • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, via the same payment method used.
4. Cancellations by Company
   • If we cancel a batch or program before it starts, you will receive a full refund.
